Should young kids own mobile phones?

Technologies have been developing day to day. Ancestor use smoke to send information to other than this technique had been developing by using bird. The most baffling is, the bird never do the mistake.  Than by letters, telephones and the first internet in Malaysia is 1999. However, the information cannot be confirmed delivery if another person did not check his or her mail. Than the mobile phone are exists to solve is problem. Mobile phones enable us to make calls from almost anywhere, which include calls to the police or the ambulance in times of need. Mobile phones used to be luxuries, but today, they are merely household products. As such, kids and teenagers are able to own mobile phones, although they may not necessary be the most up-to-date or fancy ones.
Should young kids own mobile phones?.  Some of young kids use the mobile to call their friends about schoolwork, but there are some of students who are total misusing mobile phones. They misuse the camera phones and send text messages during classes.
Some of people think using the mobile device is a great way to build a social network and should be broadening mindset by socializing and meeting new people.
Nevertheless, some of them do not know the risk young kids own mobile phones. There should be a minimum age for kids to own mobile phones. Some kids walk down the stress with phones to their ears, acting like grownups. They do not realise that they are putting themselves at risk of accidents or being mugged.
Besides that, using a simply text message can breakdown the language among the kids. Example; i wan 2 c u 2day ( i want to see you today ), can u w8 4 me ? (can you wait for me?) , talk 2 u l8r (talk to you later) , tx me b4 u go..( text me before you go) , letz tk sm pics w my nw cam! ( let take some picture with my new camera! ).
In conclusion, parents must know whether their children really need a mobile phone or not. Misuse the mobile phones can their children do not pay attention in classes and wild behaves.
